Login Competition Terms & Conditions
You need to become a Powerzone member in order to enter the Powerzone Login competition on the Timezone.com.au website. To become a member, you must submit a user name and password, along with other specified details. This is part of the registration process.
Login Competition restricted to Australia only
Due to shipping and other restrictions, this competition is restricted to users within Australia only.
No employees or extended families permitted to enter
Employees and extended families of Timezone.com.au, Timezone Australia, Leisure & Allied Industries, and their associated entities are ineligible to enter.
Competition Winners
Winners of the Login Competition will be contacted via email only. Winner’s names will be posted on the Timezone.com.au website.
No liability for loss or damage
Timezone.com.au, Timezone Australia, Leisure & Allied Industries, and their associated entities will not be liable for any loss or intentional damage as a result of taking any prize.
Prizes are not redeemable
Prizes are not transferable and/or redeemable for cash.
Competition Entrant Details
All information once submitted, automatically becomes the property of Timezone and will be used for promotional purposes only. This includes Mobile Phone Numbers and e-mail Addresses that will be used to notify Timezone customers of coming promotions and competitions. This information will not be sold or given to a third party.
Prize redemption period and unclaimed prizes
Once winners have been notified they must contact Timezone within a period of 6 weeks to confirm redemption details. Should the winner not contact Timezone within that period it will be assumed without further notice that the winner wishes to forfeit their entitlement and the prevailing terms of the competition will dictate the re-allocation of the winnings.
