From which state are items dispatched?

All items are dispatched from our head office in Castle Hill, NSW.

How long will it take to deliver my items?

We endeavour to dispatch all items within 24 hours. Please allow 7 business days for your items to arrive. Christmas purchases: Please ensure orders are placed prior to 5pm 12th December to ensure items are received in time. We cannot guarantee that orders placed after this date will arrive on time.

How are my items delivered?

All items are delivered by Australia Post Express Post.

Will you provide me with tracking details?

If you require tracking details of your order, please email paypal_tz@timezone.com.au and we will provide you with your tracking details. Tracking details will be available 24 hours after you have completed your purchase.

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship to addresses in Australia.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email paypal_tz@timezone.com.au within 1 business day. Please note, in some instances we may not be able to make changes to your order if the item(s) have already been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments to the Timezone online store can only be made via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one here: www.paypal.com.au

Can my gift card be used at all Timezone locations?

There are two types of gift cards available in our online store. Gift cards that end in 'Surfers Paradise only' can only be used in Timezone Surfers Paradise & Timezone Coolangatta (QLD). These gift cards are not redeemable in any other locations. If you wish to use your gift card in our other stores, please purchase the general gift cards ($20 gift card, $30 gift card and $50 gift card).

This is a gift, will you provide proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase is provided with each gift card. Customers are also advised to take their gift card holder in store with them when they use their gift card. If you would like a special message written in your gift card holder, please email paypal_tz@timezone.com.au after you've finalised your purchase and we will arrange it for you.
