General Info Terms & Conditions

• Standard Plastic Powercard holders must reach a balance of $30 on their card to be eligible to join the Powerclub.
• Only registered members of the Powerclub who have provided the minimum requirement of contact information (name, postal address and date of birth) will be issued with a Powerclub card.
• All privileges listed are available only to registered members of the Powerclub.
• Purple Powercards are replaced free of charge.
• Lost or stolen personalised Gold, Sapphire and Platinum Powercards may incur a $5 replacement fee, all damaged or faulty cards are replaced free of charge.
• To retain the daily free game(s) privilege, members must have spent a minimum of $10 in the last 30 days. Should this amount not be reached the status of the card will revert to Purple. Customers may reinstate their status by loading $10 on to their Powercard at any time.
• The additional Bonus Dollar(s) for normal reload offers excludes Double Dollars during POWERCLUB EVENTS Events and timed play packages
• Timezone reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions of use at any time.
